The Bavarian State Library (one of the main customers of Treventus) announced that they have reached the incredible number of 500.000 books and scripts to be scanned with amongst others the ScanRobot technology. 
The Bavarian State Library has ScanRobots in use since the end of 2008. The first project that was realized with the ScanRobot has been called VD16-2. The content where books from the 16th century. In summer 2010 this project was finished successfully. At the moment the Bavarian State Library is realizing a project with books from the 21th century which will be finished in 2014.
